  Unfortunately this bad review is all due to one staff member. Based on a August 2017 visit. I assume she is the manager/owner due to the way other staff members cower down to her. She is rude to customers, has a permanent scowl on her face and doesn't mind making people wait in ques of up to 10 while she scolds her subordinates and makes the whole atmosphere uncomfortable.

  So we were left 48 hrs without a vehicle & now out of pocket for the purchased fuel (dumped) plus a $400 bill to fix the car and the cost to re-fuel.

  Absolute ripoff. No prices on any drinks in the fridge or hot food in the warmer so they sting you at the counter. Fuel is 15c more per litre than the little Shell servo about 25km south. Plus tried to overcharge by $20 and were reluctant to refund even with receipt proof. Because of their location they think they can charge like a wounded bull. $12 For a 3.5kg bag of ice...puhleez. Will NEVER stop there again.

  I worked there. The owners are crazy. The food are horrible. Nothing fresh. The job was the worst I had in 2 years. They are bad people, simple of that.

  They make nice sausage rolls though- but get in and out quick before she ruins you day. Or Billabong roadhouse is 30 mins away- do your mood a favour and drive straight past the overlander unless you're running on fumes.

  The only stop we made on the journey to Perth was at the Overlander Roadhouse and put $100 diesel in the Prado. After some time a fuel warning light was lit up in the dashboard. Long story - short- after a lot of worry and messing - the diesel was tested and required dumping from our 4WD - it was poor quality diesel with far too high a water content. We contacted the roadhouse but of course the owner did not accept this account of the story and says no-one else has complained & that it is Toyota 4WD's!

  From the out side it didn't Look like much, but we were quite surprise to see how well layout this road house is from the inside. Fantastic French fries . Tray it. It's one of the best place I have ever been that make such good tasting chips ( French Fries). Toilets in the inside and very good and layout photos of places you can visit nearby
